Procesarea deşeurilor din PET post consum se realizeaza, cu o instalaţie de o înaltă tehnologie germană, cu o capacitate de macinare de 1 to/ora, din care rezultă produse finite cu cele mai mari standarde de calitate. Prin procesare, deşeurile sunt transformate în fulgi spalati din PET de înaltă puritate.
Etapa de procesare include faze succesive precum: sortare pe culori, măcinare, spălare, separare de alte materiale, uscare şi ambalare în saci tip big bags.
Tinem foarte mult la mentinerea calitatii produselor noastre si, de aceea am investit continuu in procesul de sortare al deseurilor. Sortarea deseurilor se realizeaza, in hala de sortare cu ajutorul unei linii tehnologice, ce este monitorizata in permanenta de personal responsabil de calitate.

The PET waste processing is done with a high tech German installation, with a grinding capacity of 1 t / h, that has as results finite products that meets the highest quality standards. By processing, the waste are converted into washed PET flakes of high purity.
The processing stage includes different phases such as: color separation, grinding, washing, separating from others materials, drying and packing.
It is of a great importance for us the maintaining of the quality of our products, and therefore we have invested continuously in the sorting process. This phase is done in the sorting hall with a semi-automatic sorting line which is continuously monitored by trained personnel.
